So im watching video that I recorded from this mission... and few notices. I will write these down now.. and more as I keep watching.

Marking of targets. - It would be good to mark estimated locations of targets, and as well good to mark there mission time. such as 1:13  (1 hour, 13 minutes)  and as well.. to draw line over them when these are confirmed killed.

Reporting enemy contacts, not only to platoon as I did... but to all units at sector.

Reporting enemy contacts, their strengh, and what they are doing. -  ""And your action of what youre doing / your status?" - As Assasin did on last mission. He said, "Platoon of tanks, location 163, defending."

When I reported enemy contact as a scout. Tanks moved to engage those. Makes me think that I should have taken better look around, not just looking at that one target, as there might be more. Many times there was. Nearly always. Secondly. While tanks were engaging (often tunnel visioned) Maybe it would be good use for scout to be scanning terrain, to make sure that no nasty surprices come, such as enemy counter assault.

The US army uses the reports, contact, spot, and salute which is a longer spot report.
Contact includes alert, type and number of enemy, direction (azimuth or cardinal), and distance.
Spot includes the same as a contact but is not formal with friendly unit location, activity of enemy, a better location of enemy, and a time that it occurred as you might have to wait to send report for minutes.
Salute is an acronym for size, activity, location, unit, time, and equipment.
Contact example is "This is bravo 23 Contact tanks North 1500 out!
Spot example Black 6 this is red 3 observing 1 platoon of enemy tanks defending at grid ab21455578, time 1345 continuing to observe over!
Salute example is black 6 this is red 1 salute report follows prepare to copy over, line one, 3 enemy t90s, line 2 defending, line 3 ab13457785, (Cannot remember if it's enemy unit or friendly unit) line 4  1-1-a, line 5 (date time group) 201613450327z,  line 6 mine plows, how copy over!

It's been awhile, so I could be a little off on the reports, but they are close. There are others to fit different types of missions, and probably updated versions as well.

Making targets is good, but we have to decide what is enough, and what is too much. Usually there is a command group at the company level that would take all this info, and compile it for the company, and higher command.
