Good stuff, we've been doing TCCC (we say "Tee-Triple-See") for several years now.  I guess it started in the Special Operations community but has been working its way into regular units over the last couple of years.  I just went to a TCCC (TC3?) course a couple of months ago and we even used that exact same simulator dummy.  That dummy is pretty incredible with all the stuff it can simulate. It cost something like $200k.
