U.S. Army Developing VBS3 Plugin for Combat Casualty Care

The U.S. Army recently published an article on its efforts to make Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TC3) training "more realistic and accessible." The Army highlighted some of the improvements to casualty survival rates but also noted areas for improvement.

Simulation and virtual training are part of the Army's plans to enhance training for soldiers in this area.

In the article, the Army said it is developing a TC3 plugin for Virtual Battlespace 3 that "will allow for realistic casualty treatment by first responders."
